is a Spongy wet pour safety surface?
A Spongy safety surface is a continuous wet
pour system, made from rubber granules
and polyurethane binders. It is mixed together on site using special
equipment to form a bonded rubber surface,
which can be moulded into any shape or contour.
How safe is a Spongy wet pour safety surface?
There are 40,000 injuries to children on playgrounds every year, (RoSPA - The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents - fact) these injuries could be avoided
or considerably reduced with the installation of a impact absorbing
wet pour safety surface.

Is it easy to keep a wet pour safety surface clean?
Very easy to clean and hygienic with low maintenance. Washing it
once a year with a pressure washer, will help to maintain the overall
appearance. Solvents should not be used as these may damage the
surface. Once you have your wetpour surface installed we can provide you with a maintenance sheet.
What depth will the wet pour safety surface have to be?
This overall depth is dependant on the playground equipment,
as it is the critical fall height that dictates the final depth.
